梭形细胞肿瘤中CD56的表达及其诊断意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨CD56在梭形细胞肿瘤中的表达及其诊断意义。方法采用免疫组化EnVision两步法检测137例梭形细胞肿瘤中CD56的表达,其中包括40例平滑肌肿瘤、20例横纹肌肉瘤、23例外周神经源性肿瘤及54例其它梭形细胞肿瘤。结果CD56在平滑肌肿瘤、横纹肌肿瘤、外周神经源性肿瘤及其它梭形细胞肿瘤中的阳性率分别为47.50%(19/40)、95%(19/20)、95.65%(22/23)、24.07%(13/54)。横纹肌肿瘤、外周神经源性肿瘤中CD56的阳性率明显高于平滑肌肿瘤及其他梭形细胞肿瘤组,差异有显著性(P<0.01);平滑肌肿瘤中CD56的阳性率与其它梭形细胞肿瘤组相比,差异无显著性(P>0.01);横纹肌肿瘤中CD56的阳性率与外周神经源性肿瘤组相比,差异无显著性(P>0.01)。结论 CD56在外周神经源性肿瘤和横纹肌肿瘤中的敏感性高,可以作为一项有效的鉴别指标。 Purpose To investigate the expression of CD56 in spindle cell tumor and to explore its diagnostic significance. Methods Immunohistoehemieal technique (EnVision method) was used to assess the expression levels of CD56 in 137 cases of spindle cell tumor, including 40 cases of smooth muscle tumor, 20 cases of rhabdomyosareoma, 23 cases of peripheral neurogenic tumor and 54 ea- ses of other spindle cell tumor. Results The positive expression rates of CD56 in spindle cell tumor were 47.50% (19/40) in smooth muscle tumor, 95% (19/20) in rhabdomyosareoma, 95.65% (22/23) in peripheral neurogenic tumor, and 24. 07% (13/54) in other spindle cell tumor, respectively. The expression level of CD56 in rhabdomyosarcoma and peripheral neurogenie tumor was signifi- cantly higher than that in smooth muscle tumor and other spindle cell tumor ( P 〈 0. 01 ). There was no significant difference of the ex- pression rate of CD56 between smooth muscle tumor and other spindle cell tumor (P 〉 0.01 ) , and there was also no significant differ- ence between rhabdomyosarcoma and peripheral neurogenie tumor ( P 〉 0. 01 ). Conclusions There was a high sensitivity of the ex- pression of CD56 in rhabdomyosarcoma and peripheral neurogenic tumor, and CD56 could be an effective identification marker in the differential diagnosis.
