儿童睫状体髓上皮瘤1例 被引量：1

摘要 患儿，男，4岁。因3个月前发现左眼眼红，伴少许灰白色分泌物，瞳孔区可见灰白色反光就诊，病程其间无头痛、跟痛、畏光等伴随症状。我院眼科门诊体检：左眼NLP（无光感），结膜无充血，角膜弥漫性轻度水肿，鼻侧上方略粗糙，KP（角膜后沉积物）（＋＋＋），前房消失，瞳孔不规则大，瞳孔区可见杂乱色素用块及少许灰白色机化膜，
