摘要
熟料中的碱是一种有害组分,特别是K2O含量高对熟料28 d抗压强度的负影响非常明显。渤海水泥(葫芦岛)有限公司5 000 t/d熟料线用石灰石中w(CaO)=45.5%,w(K2O)=0.85%,属于典型的高碱低品位石灰石,从而导致熟料中K2O含量较高,熟料质量差。为此,该公司通过合理配矿稳定石灰石质量,采用优质煤煅烧高碱低品位石灰石,以及通过优化熟料三率值和硫碱比,从而有效抑制了熟料中的碱含量,提高了熟料质量;而且使熟料成本降低1 700余万元/年,矿山的使用寿命延长10年以上,经济效益相当可观。
Alkali is a harmful content for clinker, especially high K20 content has obviously negative impact on clinker's 28 d compression strength. The raw material of limestone adopted by 5 000 t/d clinker production line of Bohai Cement (Hulndao)Co.,Ltd. belongs to classical high-alkali low-grade limestone,in which the CaO content ratio is 45.5%, and K20 is 0.85%, which results in high K20 con- tent in clinker amt bad quality of clinker. Aiming at that,By reasonalbe ore proportioning to stable limestone quality, using high quality coal to calcine high-alkali low-grade limestone and optimizing three clinker modulus and ratio of sulphur to alkali, the Company controlled effectively the alkali content in clinker and the strength of clinker increased, and the clinker cost deereased at 17 000 000 yuan per year, the service life of mine was prolonged for another ten years, the benefits were considerable.
