摘要
报道了以 [TbAs4 W4 0 O14 0 ]2 5- 及 [PrSb9W2 1O86]16- 为代表的穴状稀土杂多阴离子的体外、体内抗肿瘤活性及体内抗RauscherMuLV和LP BM5MuLV病毒活性。以上化合物对H2 2 ,B16,HL 60及活体直肠癌、乳腺癌细胞有抑制作用 ,能减轻荷瘤鼠的瘤重及延长其存活时间及荷病毒鼠的脾重。
Antitumor and anti HIV activity of the cryptate lanthanide polyoxoanion [TbAs 4W 40 O 140 ] 25- and [PrSb 9W 21 O 86 ] 16- were reported. Experiment results indicate that the complexes display inhibitory action to HL 60, B 16 , H 22 cancers and rectum as well as breast cancer vivicells, and decrease substantially tumor weight and delay survival time of mice bearing with S 180 ascites cancer during animal tumor implantation test. TbAs 4W 40 displayes an in vivo anti Rauscher and LP BM 5 MuLV activity.
