摘要
以联合整地机为拖拉机牵引对象,以牵引机组的牵引效率、作业效率、燃油经济性为性能目标,以东方红1604拖拉机和1LZ-7.2型联合整地机为参考,建立了大功率拖拉机牵引机组的虚拟样机模型。在机械系统仿真软件ADAMS环境中,实现了以农具牵引阻力系数、幅宽、挡位传动比、耕深为虚拟样机的输入,以3个性能目标为输出的控制方案。利用本虚拟样机,可以仿真牵引机组的性能,并进行拖拉机与牵引农具的性能匹配和优化。
This paper took combined cultivator as the traction objects, selected traction efficiency ,working efficiency and fuel consumption rate of the traction units as objectives performance, taking Dongfanghongl604 tractor andl LZ-7.2 combined cultivator as reference, established the virtual prototype of traction units (VP). Then implemented a control solution which takes drag coefficient, width and working depth of the traction objects, working ratio of the transmission gear as input parameter, and the three performances as output. With this traction units VP, the user can simulated the performance of the traction units, and match traction units and the working ratio of the transmission gear.
