基于有限元法的拖拉机离合器盖结构优化与仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 在分析某550型拖拉机离合器故障原因的基础上,对原离合器盖结构进行了局部的优化改进;采用有限元法对各改进方案加以分析,并引入平面度指标评价离合器盖局部变形情况。结果表明,改进方案3最大位移比原机下降22.5%,凸台平面度比原机下降41.5%,大大提高了离合器盖局部刚度,为离合器盖优化与改进提供了理论依据和技术手段。 Based on the analysis of failure causes on a 550 tractor clutch, the local structure of original clutch cover was improved and optimized, then the various improvement programs were analyzed by using the finite element method and the local deformation of clutch covers was evaluated by introducing the flatness. The results show that the maximum displacement of the third improvement program decreases by 22.5% and the flatness of bosses decreases by 41.5%. So the local stiffness of the clutch cover has been strengthened. All these are important guidelines for the optimization and improvement of clutch covers.
