摘要
螺旋驱动自行走式隧道掘进机是一种全新的地下掘进施工机械,通过螺旋旋入前方土体并且和土体相互作用,依靠螺旋传动的原理产生使机器前进的拉力,从而使掘进机前进。文中针对几种螺旋牵拉结构在单一土体中的拉力试验,通过正交和对比试验得出螺旋牵拉结构相应参数对拉力的影响次序,并结合实验过程中的各种现象,分析原因并总结,为以后螺旋牵拉结构的应用提供一定的试验依据和经验参考。
Self - walking with screw driver tunnel boring machine is a kind of new underground driv- age construction machinery, through the spiral screwing in front and the soil ahead and interaction, rely on the screw drive principle produce the pull of the forward, so that the machine forward. In this paper several spiral pull on a single structure defined the tensile test, through the orthogonal and contrast test that spiral pull structure corresponding parameters on tensile impact order, and combined with the exper- iment process of various phenomena, analyze the causes and sums up for the application of spiral pull structure provide certain experimental basis and experience reference in the future.
