摘要
目的:阿霉素及表阿霉素致大鼠慢性心衰(CHF)程度对比研究。方法:给大鼠分别腹腔注射阿霉素、表阿霉素建立心衰模型,正常组腹腔注射等体积生理盐水。采用HE染色法观察心肌细胞形态变化,心肌病理电镜观察进行心衰指标的判定;采用高频多普勒超声检测左室射血分数(EF)、心率。结果:模型组大鼠萎靡不振、活动减少、EF降低、心肌病理学改变,基本符合CHF模型制作的标准。结论:阿霉素及表阿霉素均可制作心衰模型,比较表阿霉素,阿霉素对大鼠心脏毒性作用更大。
Objective: A comparative study of chronic heart failure in rats by adriamycin doxorubiein and table doxorubicin. Methods: To inject adriamycin and table doxorubicin in rat abdominal cavity to establish heart failure model, and the same volume of physiological saline was injected to the normal, group. Using HE staining to observe the myocardial cell morphology change~ using myocardial pathology electron microscope to determine heart failure indicators~ using high--frequency Doppler ultrasound to detect left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) and heart rate. Results. Model group rats showed inanimate behavior, fewer activities, EF re- duction, and myocardial pathological changes, which basically met the criteria of CHF model making. Concl u- sion: Both adriamycin doxorubicin and table doxorubicin can make heart failure model, but compared with table doxorubicin, adriamycin doxorubicin had more toxic effects on rats.
