目的:解决护理人力资源配制不足问题。方法:开发电子物流中领配送平台,实现医院物质的申领、响应、配送流程的优化和重组。结果:电子物流申领配送平台可平均每天开发回收护理工时123.6h,相当于增加15名护士,护理不良事件减少,再读学历人数增加,住院病人满意度提高。结论:电子物流申领平台的建立,使现有护理人力资源得以充分利用。

Objective： To solve the problem of insufficiency of human nursing resources. Methods： To develop the electronic physical application and distribution plattorm so as to optimize and reorgamze me process oi application, response and dispatch o{ the hospital substances. Results： The electronic physical application and distribution platform can develop 123.6h of nursing working hour, equal to 15 nurses. The adverse events of nursing care reduced, more and more nurses were pursuing higher degrees, and the inpatients＇ satisfaction im- proved. Conclusion： The establishment of electronic physical application and distribution platform can fully uti- lize the existing human nursing resources.
