摘要
目的:优化超声提取法提取苦瓜多糖的最佳提取工艺。方法:在单因素试验基础上设计正交试验,对超声法苦瓜多糖的提取条件进行优化。结果:超声辅助法提取苦瓜多糖的工艺条件为固液比1g:40mL,提取温度70℃,提取时间30 min。结论:超声波辅助法可以高效提取苦瓜多糖。
Objective: To optimize extraction process of polysaccharides from momordica charantia by ultra- sonic extraction method. Methods:The extraction process was optimized through orthogonal tests on the basis of single factor experiment. Results: The optimum ultrasonic conditions for extracting polysaccharides from mo- mordica charantia were solid--liquid ratio lg :40mL,ultrasonic temperature 70℃ and ultrasonic extract time 30 min. Conclusion: The ultrasonic technology is a high efficient method to extract polysaccharides from momordica charantia.
