摘要 目的:探讨桂竹糖芥苷对肾小管功能及髓袢升支粗段管周膜50 pS钾通道活性的影响。方法:采用导尿法及细胞贴附式膜片钳技术测定尿量变化及对通道活性的影响。结果:桂竹糖芥苷可明显增加尿量,也可抑制髓袢升支粗段管周膜50 pS钾通道的活性(P<0.01)。结论:桂竹糖芥苷有利尿作用,而且这种利尿作用可能是通过抑制髓袢升支粗段管周膜50 pS钾通道活性实现的。 Objective: To study the effect of erysimosides on the renal tubular function and 50 pS potassium channel activities in the thick ascending limb (TAL) of rat kidney. Methods: The urine volume was measured by urethral intubation to determine the diuretic effect and the patch--clamp cell--attached recording technique was used to record the single potassium channel activities. Results: Erysimosides can increase the urine volume and decrease the 50 pS potassium channel activity of TAL. Conclusion: Erysimosides has a diuretic effect, which can be achieved by the mechanism of inhibiting the activity of basolateral 50 pS potassium channel.
