肾脏恶性肿瘤的实时超声造影特征

Real—time contrast—enhanced ultrasound features of renal carcinoma

目的:探讨不同类型肾脏恶性肿瘤的超声造影表现。方法:根据病理诊断结果进行分析60例肾脏恶性肿瘤的超声造影(SonoVue)特征。结果:肾脏恶性肿瘤超声造影模式呈现多样性,但其典型表现是"造影剂快速进入病灶内,随即快速退出,呈现高增强模式",病灶周边浸润程度显示清晰,并多有假包膜。结论:超声造影对肾脏恶性肿瘤的诊断提供重要信息,对明确诊断肾脏恶性肿瘤具有很大的临床价值。

Objective： To discuss the performances of different types of renal carcinoma with contrast--en- hanced ultrasound. Methods：To analyze contrast--enhanced ultrasound features of 60 cases with renal carcino- ma on the basis of pathologic diagnosis results. Results： The contrast--enhanced ultrasound mode of renal car- cinoma have shown diversities, and its typical performance is that contrast agent quickly enters lesions, but then it quickly exits, hyper--enhancement was shown, and the degree of infiltrate around the lesion shows clearly with presence of pseudocapsule. Conclusion： The contrast--enhanced ultrasound provides important informa- tion for diagnosis of renal carcinoma; it has great clinical value on the definite diagnosis of renal carcinoma.
