自体胭绳肌腱与同种异体胫前肌腱的单束和双束重建前交叉韧带的对比研究 被引量：3

摘要 目的:比较自体腘绳肌肌腱(自体组)和同种异体胫前肌腱(异体组)重建膝前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligment,ACL)、单束重建和双束重建ACL,其临床疗效,在ACL重建手术移植物的选择及重建方式的选择上为临床医生提供参考。方法:采用自体腘绳肌(自体组)和同种异体胫前肌腱(异体组)重建方法。结果:①所有患者术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合。②术后12个月自体组和异体组前抽屉试验、Lachman试验及轴移试验结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:①自体腘绳肌腱与异体胫前肌腱重建ACL均可取得较好的临床疗效。②双束重建更接近ACL得正常结构,双束重建的ACL会模拟正常膝关节屈伸过程中前内侧束和后外侧束交替紧张,恢复膝关节旋转稳定性,从而能够获得更好的临床效果。
