复方甘草酸苷注射液联合消风止痒颗粒治疗银屑病的效果观察 被引量:1

The Observation of the Effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection Combined with Xiaofeng Antipruritic Particle in the Treatment of Psoriasis

摘要 目的:观察复方甘草酸苷注射液联合消风止痒颗粒治疗银屑病的疗效。方法:将140例银屑病患者随机分成对照组和观察组,各70例。对照组采用复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗,观察组在此基础上加载消风止痒颗粒。治疗前、治疗后第8周对两组患者进行瘙痒及PASI评分,并计算PASI下降指数,统计疗效。结果:治疗前两组患者间瘙痒评分及PASI评分均无统计学差异,P>0.05;治疗8周后观察组患者瘙痒评分和PASI评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,观察组患者痊愈率显著高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组总有效率为84.29%,显著高于对照组的67.14%(P<0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷注射液联合消风止痒颗粒治疗银屑病能更好的缓解疾病,疗效优于复方甘草酸苷注射液单用。 To observe the efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with Xiaofeng antipruritic particle in the treatment of psoriasis. Methods: 140 patients with psoriasis were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group, and 70 cases in each group. The control group was taken with compound gly- cyrrhizin injection for treatment, and the observation group was taken with Xiaofeng antipruritic particle on the basis of the control group. The two groups were taken with score of itching and PASI the first eight weeks before treatment and after treatment,and the PASI decline index was calculated, and the efficacy was taken for statistics. Results: Before treatment, the itching score and PASI scores were without statistically difference, P〉0. 05. After eight weeks of treat- merit, the itching score and PASI scores in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P〈0.05). After eight weeks of treatment, the observation group patients cure rate was significantly higher, P〈0. 05. The total effective rate in the observation group was 84. 29%, significantly higher than the 67. 14 % (P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with the Xiaofeng antipruritie particle in the treatment of psoriasis can better alleviate diseases, and its efficacy is more effective than the compound glycyrrhizin injection.
