摘要
目的:针对珠海市香洲区社区护理现状,探讨提升社区护理服务质量管理的模式。方法:对香洲区各社区护理业务实施集中式管理。结果:实施集中式管理后,社区护理人员护理技能合格率和病人对社区护理服务态度和护理技术满意率显著提高,护理人员学历和职称结构明显提高。结论:社区护理集中式管理模式能有效提高护理人员的综合素质,是一种科学有效的管理模式。
To explore management model of improving community nursing service quality in status of Xian- gzhou District Zhuhai City. Methods：Nursing provided by all the community health care services in Xiangzhou district Zhuhai city was managed centralization. Results： After implementation of community nursing centralized management, there were significant improvements in the nursing skill of community nurses, the pations＇ satisfaction rate with attitude and nursing skills of community nurses was significantly improved, the educational background and professional post of community nurses was significantly improved. Conclusion：Community nursing centralized management model is an sci- entific and effective nursing management model in the improving overall quality of nurses.
