摘要
研究了反应物配比、反应时间、反应温度、PH值对丙烯酸胺改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(MF)絮凝效果的影响,实验结果表明絮凝效果最佳的合成反应条件为,三聚氰胺/甲醛/丙烯酚胺(质量比)=1/5(2-3),反应温度为70C,反应时间为4h,PH值为90左右。
Conditions of modified melamino-formaldehyde resin used for flocculant such as ratio of reactant, reaction time, reaction temperature and pH value have been studied. The result showed that the best synthetic conditions were melamine: formaldehyde: acrylamide (mol) = l:5: (2 ~ 3), reaction temperature 70C, reaction time 4h and pH 9.0.
