摘要
在非程序升温单柱色谱议上,采用双柱温法对CO/CO。加氢反应混合物进行在线分析。设置条件为3m长的色谱柱GDX-403,柱前压(0刀4MPa)和检测温度(373K)固定不变,氢气为载气,TCD为检测器。结果表明:在柱温313K,可以分析CO、CH。、CO;(第1组)。在柱温368K,可以分析H0和甲醇(第2组)。通过计算反应前后2组物质浓度的变化,可以快速、准确评价催化剂的活性和选择性。
On-line GC analysis of hydrogenation mixture of CO/CO2, with two column-temperature(CT), and one-column chromatograph without temperature-programmed device were reported. A 3m-long stainless column packed with GDX-403 and pre-column pressure and detection temperature were of 0.04 MPa and 373K, respectively, hydrogen was used as a carrier gas, and TCD for the detector. CO, CO2 and CH4 (group 1) were analysed at CT of 313K, and H2O and CH3OH (group 2)were analysed at CT of 368K.
