五角场——江湾生态环境区规划构思

在对五角场一江湾规划小区的环境现状分析与评价的基础上,重点选取具代表性的环境质量、污染控制和环境建设3方面的参数,作为建设环境生态区的指标,提出了以2010年为远景目标的生态环境区规划构思。按规划设想,到2010年该区域综合环境质量,可望达到上海市进人现代化国际大都市的要求,成为上海东北角的新兴地区.
