殷东风以中医理论指导中西医结合肿瘤治疗的经验浅谈

Experience of Professor YIN Dongfeng′s Treatment on Oncology Under the Guidance of TCM Theory

殷东风教授学贯中西,在以扶正祛邪理论指导的中西医结合肿瘤治疗的临床实践中摸索出患者的临床症状是由于气的升、降、出、入的失常所致,因此,提出在以往扶正祛邪理论的基础上将调畅气机理论广泛应用于肿瘤治疗,并合理利用中药的升降浮沉趋势。柴胡龙牡汤复方制剂以柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤为主方,并结合具有软坚散结、清热解毒等作用的中药,该方在抗肿瘤的同时又能改善患者的躯症状和身心症状,对具有气机阻滞症状的肿瘤患者尤其适用。

Professor Yin Dongfeng is good at traditional Chinese medicine and modem medicine. In his clinical cancer treatment;he has worked out that the clinical symptoms are due to disorders of Qi movement. So based on the strengthening body and eliminating pathogenic factors theory,professor Yin Dongfeng presented the basic prescription of adjusting activities of Qi as the main principles of treatment. Chaihu Longmu Decoction plays an important role in the treatment of the unification of body and soirit;especially the maintenance of cancer patients with Qi stagnation.
