崔兴源治疗肺系疾病学术思想探析

CUI Xingyuan′s Academic Thought in Treating Lung Diseases

崔兴源教授是本院已故名老中医,专擅攻治肺系疾病,屡起沉疴。崔老认为,外感咳喘主要是因风、寒、暑、湿、燥、火六淫之邪,侵袭于肺,肺失宣肃所致;内伤咳喘主要为脏腑功能失调,致肺失宣肃,肺气上逆而致。常用治法有:宣肺解表,祛邪利肺、清化痰热,安中理肺、健脾补肺,培土生金、补益胃阴,滋水润金、滋肾填精,祛痰化瘀。擅长通过温益肺气以散内外寒饮、温健脾气以抑生痰之源、温补肾气以化阴霾之水、温理肝气以散饮、温养心气以化痰行瘀。其因势利导治疗外感咳喘、重视脾胃治疗内伤咳喘、温调五脏之气以制痰化饮之学术思想,仍在指导我们目前的临床实践。

Professor CUI Xingyuan is a late famous traditional Chinese medicine specialist. He specialized in lung disease and treated many serious diseases. CUI held the opinion that cough due to wind cold, which is mainly caused by exogenous pathogenic factors, including wind, cold, heat, dampness, dryness, and fire. These abnormal changes invade the lungs and make them lose the nature of dispersing and settling. He also thought cough due to internal injury is mainly because function disorders of the organs force the lungs lose the nature of settling and the Qi of lung flee upwards. He has a series of common treatment, such as diffusing the lung to release surface, driving away pathology factors for lungs＇ function ,cooling and cleaning up the heat of phlegm, comforting middle organs to straighten up the lungs ,tonifying spleen and caltivating Yin of kidney to nourish the lungs so as to remove phlegm stagnation. He was expert in warming Qi of lung to driving away the internal and external cold, warming Qi of spleen to eliminate root of the phlegm, warming Qi of kidney to remove the cold water,warming Qi of liver to smoothen the retained fluid, and warming Qi of heart to eliminate the blood stasis. His treatment theory, which includes treating cough due to wind cold through removing the pathology factors, treating cough due to internal injury by tonifying spleen, and warming and recuperating the organs to eliminate the phlegm and retained fluid, is still very meaningful to our clinical practice.
