固精方治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿临床观察

Clinical Observation on Effects of Gujing Fang on Proteinuria in Patients with Chronic Nephritis

目的:客观评价固精方治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿的临床疗效。方法:50例慢性肾炎蛋白尿患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组患者在接受相同缬沙坦等基础治疗的同时,治疗组加用固精方,对照组予金水宝胶囊,共治疗3个月。观察两组中医症状积分、24 h尿蛋白定量及血肌酐。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组,但无显著性差异(P=0.052);中医证候疗效治疗组较对照组明显改善(P=0.041);治疗组尿蛋白定量自治疗后1个月开始即显著下降(P<0.01),与对照组治疗3个月后同期比较,尿蛋白减少差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:固精方可显著减少慢性肾炎患者蛋白尿,改善其临床证候。

Objective ：To objectively evaluate the clinical effects of Gujing Fang on proteinuria in patients with chronic nephritis. Methods ： Fifty patients were randomly divided into the treatment and control groups, both of which received some basic treat- ments including Valsartan, but, simuhaneously, were treated with Gujing Fang and Jinshuibao Capsule for three months, respectively. TCM symptoms were scored, and urine proteins and serum creatinine were determined for the two groups. Results ： The therapeutic effects in the treatment group were better than those in the control group;however, the differences were statistically insignificant （ P = 0.052）. Compared to the control group, the TCM symptoms of the treatment group were significantly improved （ P = 0. 041 ）. In the treatment group,the amount of urine proteins of patients had been markedly reduced （P 〈 0.01 ） since one month after treatment and was significantly less （ P 〈 0. 05 ） than that of patients in the control group after the three - month treatment. Conclusion：Gujing Fang can remarkably alleviate proteinuria and improve clinical symptoms in patients with chronic nephritis.
