舒利迭联合中药治疗稳定期中重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效及安全性分析

Clinical Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Seretide Combined with Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Stable Moderate and Severe COPD

目的:探讨分析舒利迭联合中药治疗稳定期中重度COPD的疗效及安全性。方法:将本院收治的84例稳定期中重度COPD患者按照入院顺序随机分为两组,每组42例。对照组给予舒利迭,观察组给予舒利迭联合中药治疗,观察测定两组患者的肺功能、动脉血气分析及临床症状评分。结果:治疗后两组患者的肺功能、动脉血气分析均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组患者各指标较对照组改善显著(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的临床症状评分显著低于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒利迭联合中药治疗稳定期中重度COPD可有效改善肺功能及动脉血气指标,显著缓解临床症状,安全有效,值得在临床中推广。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety analysis of Seretide combined with Chinese medicine in treatment of stable moderate and severe COPD. Methods ：84 patients with stable moderate and severe COPD according to the order of admission were randomly divided into two groups, and 42 cases were in each group. The control group was treated with Seretide while the observation was given Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. The lung function, arterial blood gas and clini- cal symptom scores were compared between the two groups. Results：After the treatment, the lung func^tion and arterial blood gas were significantly improved than before （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and each index of the observation group was improved significantly compared with the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ;the clinical symptom scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those before and in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Seretide combined with Chinese medicine in treatment of stable moderate and severe COPD can be effective in improving lung function and arterial blood gas indicators, and it significantly alleviates the clinical symptoms,it is safe and effective,which should be promoted in clinical practice.
