Red Bean in Pediatric Clinical Application

目的:对赤小豆外敷治疗小儿急性淋巴结炎和痄腮进行研究。方法:观察赤小豆外敷和大青膏外敷治疗小儿急性淋巴结炎和痄腮的临床疗效及副作用。结果:收集60例病例,痄腮24例,急性淋巴结炎36例,赤小豆外敷治疗显示起效时间明显短,完全消肿快,无皮肤反应。结论:赤小豆散外敷治疗痄腮和急性淋巴结炎,效果明显优于大青膏外敷,未见副作用。

Objective ： To study the red bean external application in the treatment of pediatric acute lymphadenitis and mumps. Methods：The clinical efficacy and side effects of red bean and green ointment in treatment of children with acute lymphadenitis and mumps were observed. Results：60 cases were collected,24 cases of mumps, acute lymphadenitis in 36 cases, the red bean external application had advantages of shorter onset time, completely swelling and no skin reaction. Conclusion ： The red bean powder in treating mumps and acute lymphadenitis had obvious better effect than green ointment,without side effects.
