摘要 目的:研究不同产地、年限和生长时期人参中淀粉含量的分布规律。方法:采用紫外分光光度法对不同产地、年限和生长时期的39批人参样品淀粉含量进行检测。结果:15个产地人参样品中,以抚松北岗镇、长白新房子镇人参淀粉含量最高,与含量最低的产地相比高出1倍左右;不同年限人参样品中,以5年生人参淀粉含量最高;不同生长时期人参样品中,参根淀粉含量在果后参根生长期达到最高值,参茎和参叶中淀粉含量在人参整个生育期趋于平稳。结论:不同产地、年限和生长时期人参中淀粉含量存在不同程度的差异,与地域差别、参龄及个体发育等密切相关。 Objective:To analyze the distribution rules of starch content in ginseng from different regions, years and growth periods. Methods : The starch content in ginseng from different regions, years and growth periods of 39 batches of samples were detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results :The starch content was the highest in the Fusongbeigang and Changbaixinfangzi town from 15 regions, and the content of 1 times was higher than the lowest, of the ginseng for different years, the five years old ginseng starch content was the highest, of the ginseng for different growth period, the starch content in ginseng root reached the highest value at the root growing after fruit stage, the starch content in ginseng stem and leaf had stabilized at the throughout growth stages. Conclusion:Different regions, years and growth periods of ginseng starch content in varying degrees of differences, and regional differences, years and individual development are closely related.
