中医护理干预在心肌梗死患者中的应用价值

Effect of Traditional Chinese Nursing Intervention in Patients with Myocardial Infarction

目的:探讨中医护理干预在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果。方法:100例急性心肌梗死的患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上应用中医辩证施护,比较两组患者的抢救效率及预后。结果:观察组治疗后的LVEF、ADL总分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。出院后观察组的主要心血管事件的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理干预有助于提高心肌梗死患者改善患者预后。

Objective：To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods：lO0 patients with acute myocardial infarction were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was used routine nursing, the traditional Chinese medicine nursing based on syndrome differentiation were used in observation group on basis of the routine care, and rescue efficiency and prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results ： The LVEF and ADL score in the observation group were significant better than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After discharge, the rate of major cardiovascular events in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：The traditional Chinese nursing intervention can improve the patients＇prognosis.
