美托洛尔联合非洛地平治疗噪声影响下的高血压患者的效果观察

Clinical Efficacy of Metoprolol Combined with Felodipine in Hypertension Patients of the Influence of Noise

目的:探讨美托洛尔联合非洛地平治疗噪声影响下的高血压患者的临床疗效。方法:选择在强度>80dB的噪音条件下工作的高血压患者160例,噪声强度80～110dB为治疗1组80例和>110dB为治疗2组80例,同时选取80例普通的高血压患者作为对照组,所有患者同时服用美托洛尔和非洛地平,服药1年后,比较三组患者的肾素活性和临床效果。结果:半年后,三组高血压患者的PRA浓度和有效率无明显区别(P>0.05);1年后,治疗1组与治疗2组的PRA浓度有增高趋势,同时有效率有下降趋势,但与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05);同时所有患者都无严重不良反应。结论:在>80dB强度的噪音影响下,美托洛尔联合非洛地平治疗噪声影响下的高血压患者的临床疗效明显,所以对于噪声影响下的高血压患者,笔者推荐R型+V型减压药物的联合降压方案。

To observed clinical efficacy of metoprolol combined with felodipine in hypertension patients of the influence of noise. Methods：We chose 160 hypertension patients worked in 〉80dB noise. The patients of 80〉 110dB noise strength were the treatment group 1 （80 cases） and the patients of 〉 110dB were the treatment group 2 （80 cases）. At the same time, selected 80 cases common hypertension patients were control group. All patients took metoprolol and felodipine. One year later, compared with three groups of PRA and clinical effect. Results： The PRA and efficient rate had no significant difference among three group in half year （P〉0. 05）;one year later, the PRA of hypertension patients had increased trend in treatment group 1 and 2, the efficient rate had downward trend. But there had no obvious difference with control group （P〉0. 05）. All the people had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion： In the influence of 〉80dB noise, the clinical efficacy of metoprolol combined with felodipine in hypertension patients are obvious. So we are recommending decompression scheme of R type ＋ V type decompression drugs in hypertension patients of the influence of noise.
