摘要
随着抗生素的广泛应用及滥用,大肠埃希菌对抗生素的耐药性已严重影响养殖业的发展。外膜通透性改变是耐药机制中的一种因素,而外膜蛋白(Omp)F表达变化可引起外膜通透性的改变。因此,弄清楚影响OmpF表达变化的因素对研发新药降低大肠埃希菌的耐药性有重要意义。论文从大肠埃希菌OmpF的结构、生理功能、调控系统及转录因子等方面与大肠埃希菌的耐药性关系进行综述。
With the wide range of applications and abuse of antiotics,the antibiotic resitance of E.coli has seriously affected the development of the breeding industry.The change of outer membrane permeability is one of the mechanisms of drug resistance factors,while the expression changes of OmpF can cause the changes of outer membrane permeability.Therefore,to clarify the factors that affect the expression changes of OmpF will be of great significance to reduce the drug resistance of E.coli.In this paper,the structure,physiological functions,regulation and control systems and transcription factors of porin F of E.coli and its association with antibiotic resistance were reviewed.
