摘要
为确定广东某鸽场发病的病原,从病死幼鸽的心血、肝脏中分离到2株细菌(分别编号为A菌株、B菌株),通过细菌培养特性、镜检、生化试验以及16SrRNA基因序列同源性分析,确定分离的A菌株为大肠埃希菌,B菌株为沙门菌。分离的的2株细菌对鸡、鸭均有致病力。此外,对分离菌株的药敏测试结果显示,大肠埃希菌对头孢唑啉、头孢拉定、舒巴坦、阿莫西林高度敏感,沙门菌对15种抗菌药敏感,可为临床用药提供依据。
Two strains of bacteria were isolated from liver and heart blood in infected pigeons in a pigeon farm in Guangdong province.One strain was identified as E.coli,and the other was Salmonella based on morphology,biochemical characters and phylogenetic analysis of 16 S rRNA genes.The pathogenicity of these bacteria was tested in chickens and ducks,the results showed that the 2 strains were virulent to chickens and ducks.Drug sensitivity test based on 27 kinds results showed that.E.coli was sensitive to cefamezin,cephradine,sulbactam and amoxicillin,and S.enterica was sensitive to as many as 15 antimicrobials.These results provided a basis information for clinical treatment.
