摘要
应变式位移传感器存在温度对位移的交叉灵敏度问题,导致其测量精度较低,针对该现象设计一套基于信息融合技术和虚拟仪器技术的位移检测系统。该系统采用多传感器信息融合技术对位移传感器进行温度补偿,以图形化编程语言LabVIEW为软件开发平台,结合温度、位移传感器、USB—6210数据采集卡及计算机搭建的硬件平台,实现系统信号的采集、存储、分析处理和显示,提高了目标参量的测量精度和系统的温度稳定性,同时节省了硬件开支,减小了设计难度,使得测量直观、操作简单易行。实验结果表明,该系统能够达到设计目标,具有较高的实用性。
The strain-type displacement sensor has the problem that the temperature is cross sensitive on displacement, which leads to lower measuring precision. In light of this, we design a displacement measuring system which is based on the technologies of information fusion and virtual instrument. The system adopts multi-sensor information fusion technology to make temperature compensation on the displacement sensor, uses graphical programming language LabVIEW as the software developing platform, achieves acquisition, storage, analysis and process as well as display of system signals in combination with temperature, displacement sensors, USB-6210 data acquisition module and hardware platform set up with computer, improves both the measuring precision on target parameters and the temperature stability of the system. Meanwhile, the hardware cost and the design difficulty are reduced, this makes the measurement become intuitive and the operation simple and easy. Experimental result indicates that this system can achieve the design objective and has higher practicability.
