摘要
NandFlash凭借其容量大、抗震动、数据非易失、性价比高等优点,在嵌入式系统中被广泛应用为数据存储设备。在某型号的无人机系统中,在基于PowerPC755、三星公司的K9WAG08U1A型NandFlash的硬件平台上实现了VxWorks的TrueFFS文件系统,并详细阐述了VxWorks自I/O系统层至TrueFFS层的映射及衔接原理。
NandFlash is widely used as the data storage devices in embedded systems relying on its advantages such as large capacity, an- ti-vibration, non-volatile data, highly cost effective and so on. In this paper, we introduce the implementation of TrueFFS file system of VxWorks in a particular model of UAV system based on the hardware platform of NandFlash of PowerPC755 and Samsung K9WAGO8U1A, and elaborate on the principles of mapping and articulation of VxWorks from the I/O system layer to the TrueFFS layer.
