一种俄制锅炉水位自动控制系统建模分析

摘要 为提高轮机员对俄制锅炉的管理水平,介绍一种俄罗斯生产的锅炉上采用的水位自动控制系统,建立锅炉水位自动控制系统的集中参数模型,验证锅炉水位自动控制系统设计的合理性,推导得出该锅炉的控制器为PD控制器.在此基础上构建了相应的Simulink模型,并在Matlab软件的Simulink环境下进行仿真.仿真结果表明,系统有较好的稳定性和动态精度,具有较好的控制效果,满足锅炉系统水位自动控制的要求. In order to improve the management level of marine engineers, an automatic control system for water level served on Russia - made boiler was introduced. A lump - parameter model was developed for the boiler's water level control system to prove the rationality of the system's design. From the analysis it was found that the boiler controller was of PD type. Therefore the corresponding Simulink model was developed and the related simulation was carried out in Simulink environment of Matlab software. It could be concluded from the simulation results that the system had a good stability, dynamic accuracy and preferable control effect, meeting the requirements of boiler water level automatic control.
