摘要
针对农民专业合作社人力资源紧缺问题,主要从北京市村官与农民专业合作社的对接入手,通过大量调研,分析其现状,剖析问题,并提出相应对策,旨在促进村官与农民专业合作社有效对接,以缓解北京农民专业合作社人力资源紧缺问题,促进农民专业合作社的发展。
The thesis focuses on the human resource shortage in farmer professional cooperatives and begins by researches into the docking of village officials and farmer professional cooperatives in Beijing. It includes a lot of investigations and analysis and proposes measures to solve this problem. It is aimed at improving the efficiency of docking between village officials and farmer professional cooperatives in order to mitigate the human resource shortage and promote the development of farmer professional cooperatives.
