摘要 经复分解反应制得了对甲苯磺酸铝,并用元素分析、IR、TGA等测试技术对产物的组成与结构进行了表针,并将其作为固体酸,用于催化水杨酸与乙酸酐合成乙酰水杨酸的O-酰化反应。实验结果表明,对甲苯磺酸铝对O-酰化反应表现出良好的催化活性,水杨酸与乙酸酐摩尔比1∶2(0.01 mol水杨酸),对甲苯磺酸铝0.15 g,水浴温度75℃,反应时间35 min,乙酰水杨酸平均收率可达87%以上。 Aluminum p- toluenesulfonate was prepared by the metathesis reactions, and the composition, structure and properties of the material were characterized by elemental analysis, TGA curves and IR spectra. As a solid acid catalyst, the o - acylation synthesis of acetylsalicylic acid from salicylic acid and acetic anhydride was explored. The results showed that aluminum p - toluenesulfonate exhibited high catalytic activity. The molar ratio of acid to anhydride was 1 : 2 (0. 01 mol salicylic acid), quantity of catalyst was 0. 15 g, with water bath 75 ~C and reaction time 35 min. The average yield could reach over 87%.
