径向移动床内贴壁和空腔现象研究进展

Research Progress of the Phenomenon of Cavity and Pinning in Moving Beds with Gas Cross - flow

径向错流移动床内的空腔和贴壁现象是移动床内的不正常操作现象,贴壁的发生会直接导致死区的出现,而空腔的出现会增大径向气流沿轴向分布的不均匀性。本文针对这两种非正常现象综述了目前国内外的研究进展以及前人实验中的不足之处。欲建立空腔和贴壁现象更完整的理论体系,还需要更多科研工作者进行更深入的实验研究。

Cavity and pinning were undesired phenomena in the operation of radial flow moving bed. Pining resulted in dead zone while cavity increased axial non - uniform of cross - flow gas. Developments of the research of cavity and pinning in moving beds with gas cross - flow gas and shortcomings of previous experiments was introduced in detail. Further investigation need to be done in order to establish a comprehensive theory of cavity and pinning.
