摘要 我国每年约产生香蕉秸秆2400万t,目前这些资源几乎都没有利用起来。本文在介绍香蕉秸秆纤维素和木质素分离技术的基础上,总结了可用于香蕉秸秆资源工业化利用的技术。香蕉秸秆的纤维素可用来开发可生物降解的纤维素基材料,如与壳聚糖(CS)、淀粉、聚乙二醇(PEG)、聚己内酯(PCL)等共混。香蕉秸秆的木质素可用来开发木质素基酚醛树脂、木质素基聚氨酯等木质素基高分子材料,以及木质素共混聚烯烃、木质素填充橡胶等木质素共混材料。 There were about 24 million tons of the banana stalks each year in China. Nowadays, the vast majority of these resources were not utilized. The separation technology of cellulose and lignin of banana straw were first introduced and some technologies were summarized, which could be used to industrialize banana stalks. Banana stalk cellulose can be used to develop the biodegradable cellulose -based materials: cellulose blend with other natural polymers, such as chitosan (CS), starch, polyethylene glycol (PEG), polycaprolactone (PCL), etc. The lignin of banana stalk can be used to develop lignin - based polymer materials, such as lignin - based phenolic resin, lignin - based polyurethane, lignin -based blending polyolefin, and lignin -filled rubber.
