摘要
纳米金银材料由于独特的光学性质和生物相容性,在可视化检测中应用广泛。本文综述了近年来基于纳米金银材料的可视化检测的原理和研究进展,指出制做可视化检测的新型纳米金银探针,建立简单快速高灵敏度高选择性可视化检测新方法是该领域今后的主要发展方向。
Gold and silver nanoparticles were widely applied in visual detection, due to their specific optical properties and good bioeompatibilities. Theories and research progress of visual detection based on nano gold and silver materials were reviewed. There was a new direction for manufacturing novel senor for visual detection based on nano gold/silver materials to establish a simple, rapid, highly sensitive and highly selective visual detection method in the future.
