Advantages and Eeffects of Developing CTL Lube Process in Ningdong Energy and Chemical Base

通过低温费托合成技术可大规模生产高附加值润滑油产品,从根本上改变我国润滑油产品档次偏低,产品结构不合理的现状。本文讨论了费托合成产品的特点及生产CTL润滑油的优势,并指出在宁东能源化工基地实施CTL润滑油工艺技术的必要性。

Large - scale production of high value - added lubricant products from coal through the low temperature synthesis of Fischer - Tropsch （ F - T） technology and Coal - to - liquid （CTL） ＂can fundamentally change the situation that the product quality of lubricant products was low and product structure was not reasonable. A general review was addressed at the characteristics of F- T synthesis product and the advantage of producing CTL lubricating oil, and some suggestions on the necessity to accelerate industrialized development of CTL lubricant base oils in Ningdong energy and chemical base were also presented.
