内文丘里管节流体结构的二维数值模拟

2D Numerical Simulation of the Throttle Body Structure in Inner Venturi Tube Flowmeter

摘要 基于计算流体力学理论知识,采用CFD软件Fluent 6.3对内文丘里管不同结构的节流体进行数值仿真研究,通过考察不同结构节流体的静压、静压差、速度矢量及压力和速度分布曲线,得到节流体结构对管内流体流动状态的影响。仿真结果表明:优化后的节流体结构参数为倾角α角度为18°~20°、压缩段水平长度L1在20~25 mm之间以及L2在5 mm附近;而且还对比了不同β值下节流体尾部流场的不同,从而从侧面验证了"锐缘钝化处理"技术的巨大应用价值。 Based on the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) theory, Fluent 6. 3 were used to study on the different structure of throttle body in inner venture tube flowmeter, get the throttle body structure impact on fluid flow in pipe by observe and study statcpressure, static pressure difference, velocity vector and the pressure and velocity distribution curve in different structure of throttle body. Simulation results showed that the optimized throttle body structure parameters was inclination angle alphal8°-20°, compression section of horizontal length Ll between 20 -25 mm and L2 near the 5 mm; but also compared the characteristics of throttle body tail flow field under different beta, which was verified the vast application value of "sharp edges passivation technique" from the side.
