摘要
本研究以粗硫酸盐皂为原料用催化酯化的方法制备生物柴油。选择乙酰氯和硫酸为催化剂,通过多次反应探讨了催化剂的使用量、反应时间、产物得率以及pH值等工艺条件。结果表明,以粗硫酸盐皂为原料生产生物柴油比以粗塔罗油为原料需要更大量的催化剂,在较短的反应时间内从粗硫酸盐皂直接制备生物柴油的得率可达35%。
Soap skimming, an intermediate greasy substance collected from the enriched pulping black liquor, was often used as raw materials to produce tall oil. The transformation from soap skimming to tall oil was omitted, and soap skimming was attempted to be directly used as raw materials to produce biodiesel through catalytic esterification. By selecting acetate chloride and sulfuric acid as reaction accelerators, the amount of accelerators, reaction time, products yield and pH value in different temperature and reaction conditions during the production process were investigated. The experiment results indicated that with a greater use of catalysts, around 35% yield of biodiesel can be achieved within a shorter period of time in this new process, compared with the production of biodiesel from tall oil.
