摘要
以甲醛和尿素为原料,采用原位聚合法制备30%的2,4-D异辛酯微胶囊悬浮剂。研究了不同乳化剂及其用量与微胶囊的包囊率、微胶囊粒径的大小、粒径分布范围的关系,从而筛选最佳乳化剂与用量。结果表明用量为8%的Tween-80能够满足该制剂生产实际需要。
2,4 -D isooctyl ester microcapsule suspension formulation was prepared by insitu polymerization method with urea -formaldehyde resin. The relationship between emulsifier and characters of the microcapsule was analyzed for optimization with emulsifier. The results exhibited that Tween -80 fitted the preparation of 2,4 -D isooctyl ester microcapsule suspension formulation with the dosage for 8%.
