浅谈水环境应急指挥系统的设计及应用

摘要 环境应急是目前各级政府部门的重点之一,面对各类型突发环境污染事件,采用环境应急指挥系统,通过预警、监测、预测、应急处置相结合的处置模式,可以有效提高污染事件的处理效率,最大限度地减少污染事件对环境及社会造成的影响。本文通过介绍作者参加的一个广州市水环境应急指挥系统设计实例及其应用的情况,希望为同行日后设计水应急指挥系统提供参考。 Currently, environmental emergency response was a key issue of governmental departments at different levels. An environmental emergency response control system included systems of advance warning, monitoring, prediction, and response. Application of the environmental emergency response control system for different emergent environmental pollution events could significantly improve the response effectiveness and reduce adverse environmental and social impacts to a possible extent. Based on a case of design and application of an emergency response control system for aqua environment in Guangzhou, reference for future design of the same type of control system was proposed.
