摘要
基于污水的现有数据以及设计参数,采用BioWin软件动态模拟处理过程,考察出水水质是否达标,从而验证改良A/O/O工艺的处理效果。通过BioWin模拟,优化污泥回流比。结果显示:经模拟工艺处理后污染物去除率较高,出水水质可达标排放。改变污泥回流比R值为0.7、0.8、0.9、1.0,除R值为0.7时不达标,其他条件下均能达标排放,建议取值为0.8~1.0。
Based on existing data and design parameters of effluent, the BioWin software was employed to dynamically simulate its processing treatment. Whether the effluent reached the standard was investigate. The treatment effect of the modified A/O/O process can be verified. The sludge return ratio was also optimizing by BioWio software simulation. The results showed that when applied the simulated process, the removal rate of pollutants was high and the effluent complied with the discharge standard. When changing the sludge return ratio ( R value) to 0. 7, 0. 8, 0. 9 and 1.0, the effluent can reach the standard except when S/M value was 0. 7. The recommended S/M value was range from 0. 8 to 1.0. The water flow ratio (S/M) was also manipulated to determine its influence to effluent quality.
