一种化工容器吊具的参数化试验设计

摘要 化工容器的介质常具有易燃、易爆、有毒和有腐蚀性的特点,为保证容器的安全性,其吊装应平稳可靠。采用ADAMS软件建立了一种化工容器吊具的参数化模型,选取了设计变量和目标函数,对吊具进行了试验设计。改进后的吊具张开和闭合操作的平稳性得到了改善,提高了容器吊装时的稳定性。 The medium filled in the chemical container was usually flammable, explosive, poisonous and mordant. The operation of lifting device should be stable and reliable in order to ensure the security of the container during transportation. The parametric model for lifting device was established using ADAMS, and design variables and objective function was selected. The model was simulated using the design of experiments. The results illustrated that the operation acceleration was improved, and the stability of handling was enhanced.
