摘要
以某废液贮罐为例,对大型贮罐壁厚、连接结构、抗震、基础载荷及局部应力进行计算。根据设备所受外载情况,对标准中相关公式进行修正;提供了设备对基础作用载荷的计算表格;采用有限元法进行局部应力分析,以解决按标准计算的局限性。一定程度上为石化、电力行业大型立式圆筒形贮罐的设计提供了参考。
Based on a large scale waste medium tank, wall thickness, connecting structure, seismic, foundation loads and local stress were calculated while considering the engineer requirement. Some calculation formulas were modified according to the condition of external load of the tank. Calculation table for foundation load was proposed. Local stress was calculated with finite element method to solve the problem that large scale tank was not in the calculation scope of corresponding standard. The calculation can act as a reference of large scale cylindric tank design.
