摘要 连续重整装置再生系统是实现含碳催化剂再生的关键。根据实际生产运行中的经验,总结了再生放空气不同处理技术的优缺点,描述了闭锁料斗分离区隙缝穿孔、分离区立管孔堵塞、再生器中催化剂烧结,这些影响再生系统长周期运行的现象。探讨了引起这些问题的原因并提出了相应的对策。 The catalyst regeneration control system of continuous catalytic reforming unit was the key for regeneration of spent catalyst. According to the experiences of operation running, the advantages and disadvantages among different technologies were summarized for treating regeneration vent gas, also the phenomenon of the gap and blocked vertical tube holes of lock hopper disengaging zone and sinter of catalyst in the regenerator were described, affecting the long period running of catalyst regeneration control system. The causes to these troubles were discussed, and the solutions were also proposed.
