摘要
大庆炼化公司1.8 Mt/a ARGG装置通过回顾曾经造成装置切断进料的问题及对目前装置存在影响长周期运行的工艺及设备因素进行了分析,并采取了一系列的解决措施,从根本上逐步解决影响装置长周期运行的瓶颈问题。为装置下一步实现"两年或三年一修"总结了经验,并奠定了坚实的基础。
The engineers of DRCC 1.8 Mt/a ARGG II review the problem resulting the cut of the feed, the technical and device reason affecting the long term operation of plant was analyzed. A series of measures were adopted to thoroughly solve the problems affecting the long term operation. The experience was summed up and laid a solid foundation of accom- plishing the goal of ＂One fix in two or three years＂.
