改进生产工艺,利用乙烯冷能

摘要 对某苯乙烯厂工艺流程进行改进:增加一台乙烯气化器,利用-103℃乙烯冷凝氯化氢塔顶产品HCl。从而减轻HCl冷凝器的冷冻机组负载,节省电力,同时液态乙烯在换热过程中气化,不需要消耗蒸汽进行加热。在创造巨额经济效益的同时降低作业环境噪音,实现了节能降耗、低碳环保的目标。 The technological process of a styrene plant was improved, adding an ethylene vaporizer to condense HCI from the top of HC1 tower by - 103 ℃ ethylene. Reduction in the refrigeration compressor load of HCI condenser and electrical power consumption was obtained. Meanwhile, liquid ethylene was vaporized during heat transfer without steam consumption. While creating significant economic benefit, environmental noise caused by operation was reduced and the target for energy conservation, consumption reduction and low -carbon environment protection was realized.
