乙烯装置开工能耗物耗被越来越重视,文中通过分析对比天然气开工与传统氮气开工方案优缺点,总结了天然气开工方案能很好的实现整个开车过程时间短、无火炬排放,做到真正意义上的经济、环保开工。文中同时对武汉乙烯天然气开工提出优化措施,确保装置开工过程稳定顺利。

Ethylene plant operating energy consumption got more and more attention now. Two schemes of the traditional nitrogen scheme and the natural gas scheme were in common use. Through analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes, the conclusion obtained was that the natural gas scheme can shorten the starting time and lessen the flare emission, achieving a real economic and environmental operating. In addition, some optimization measures of ensuring a smoothly and stability operating were put forward for Wuhan Ethylene Plant.
