摘要
某PVC厂将湿法乙炔生产中的电石渣浆供给邻近动力厂用于烟气脱硫;在实际应用中发现电石渣浆管道有堵塞现象,脱硫浆液管道有结晶、磨损现象。管理、操作、技术人员对其进行分析后提出了改进方案并实施,取得了较好的效果。
A PVC factory supplied the neighboring power plant with the carbide slag slurry, which generated from the production of the wet acetylene, for the flue gas desulfurization. However, in the practical application, phenomenon like blocking happened in the pipeline of the carbide slag slurry while desulfurization slurry. Therefore, after analysis of the personnel from crystallization and abrasion did in the pipeline of the departments of management, processing and technology, improvement method was put forward and implemented, and it proved a preferable result.
