高职食品检验类新开发实践课的设计与研究初探

为了构建完整的高职食品检测类专业的学习领域,在传统三大检测课程的基础上,开发了更加完整的专业课学习体系。论文作为高职食品检测类新课程开发的延续,通过对《动物源性食品检疫技术》实践课的探讨和思考,论述新课程实践内容的设计理念、实施方法、教学管理以及实践考核方法。

In order to build a complete vocational food testing class professional fields of study, on the basis of the traditional three detection courses, a more complete professional course learning system was developed.
