摘要
为了构建完整的高职食品检测类专业的学习领域,在传统三大检测课程的基础上,开发了更加完整的专业课学习体系。论文作为高职食品检测类新课程开发的延续,通过对《动物源性食品检疫技术》实践课的探讨和思考,论述新课程实践内容的设计理念、实施方法、教学管理以及实践考核方法。
In order to build a complete vocational food testing class professional fields of study, on the basis of the traditional three detection courses, a more complete professional course learning system was developed. As the continuation of higher vocational food testing class new curriculum, based on discussion and thinking for The Food of Animal Origin Quarantine Technology practice class, the design concept of new curriculum practice content, implementation methods, teaching management and practice examination were discussed.
